Well, a person who researches the market, analyze the products available in market, discovers the level of competition already there in industry, and all those studies which has a influence of doing the business.Business analyst plays a key role in designing the process of business and also helps the business to challenging situations to solve problems.

As the company is growing day by day, they require more analyst for specific things like product analyst, transit analyst, process analyst, data analyst and many more. A business analyst can design the structure of the business and on its analysis, business decisions are made. Hence, business analyst has a major impact on business and its an important position in any company.

    You talked very well about Business Analysis, Business Analyst and its role in the company. I want to talk further more about the Business Analysis Core Concept Model. The six core concepts in the BACCM are : Change, Need, Solution, Stakeholder, Value and Context.

    Among these all stakeholders contribute a lot towards the role of Business Analysis.

    A stakeholder is a party that has an interest in a company and can either affect or be affected by the business. Stakeholders are grouped based on their relationships to the needs, changes and solutions.Some examples of key stakeholders are creditors, directors, employees, government (and its agencies), owners (shareholders), suppliers etc.

    stakeholder within a context.
    Value can be seen as ability or realized returns, profits, and
    enhancements. It is also possible to have a decrease in fee
    in the shape of losses, risks, and charges.
    Value can be tangible or intangible. Tangible value is at once
    measurable. Tangible fee often has a significant monetary
    factor. Intangible value is measured indirectly.
    Intangible value often has a large motivational
    factor, which includes a business enterprise's recognition or worker
    morale.
    In some cases, value can be assessed in absolute terms, but
    in many cases is classed in relative phrases: one answer
    option is greater valuable than another from the attitude of
    a given set of stakeholders.(BABOK Guide, page 13.)

    The information about Business analysis and its role is useful. I would like to continue about requirements and design.Eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing requirements have consistently been recognized as key activities of business analysis. However, it is important to recognize that business analysts are also responsible for the definition of design, at some level, in an initiative. The level of responsibility for design varies based on the perspective within which a business analyst is working.
